The Huawei Pura 90s Series comes in two variants, namely the Pura 90s Pro Max and Pura 90s Pro. This Huawei flagship smartphone lineup carries the overarching theme of 200MP Zoom Maxing. AI Maxing, highlighting maximum mobile photography capabilities.
Design and Display
The Huawei Pura 90s Series is equipped with the latest-generation Kunlun Glass display, which is claimed to reduce light reflections by up to 70 percent. This display is also 16 times more scratch-resistant and has up to 25 times greater drop resistance compared to the previous generation.
The Pura 90s Pro Max features a 6.9-inch OLED LTPO display, an adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 2880 x 1308 pixels, dimensions of 164 x 77.1 x 8.1 mm, and a weight of approximately 230.5 grams. Its display uses an Anti-Reflection and Scratch-Resistant Kunlun Glass layer that helps protect against scratches while reducing light reflections.
Meanwhile, the Pura 90s Pro features a 6.6-inch OLED LTPO display, an adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 2760 x 1256 pixels, dimensions of 157.8 x 74.5 x 8.2 mm, and a weight of approximately 213.5 grams. Huawei Pura 90s Series Camera
The Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max is equipped with a 200 MP Ultra Large Sensor telephoto camera with an RYYB sensor measuring 1/1.28 inches — claimed to be the first in the industry in its class — capable of up to 20x zoom. This camera is accompanied by a 50 MP Ultra Lighting HDR Camera module with an F1.4–F4.0 physical aperture, OIS, and 16EV Super Wide Dynamic Range powered by LOFIC technology, helping preserve details in bright and dark areas so both remain balanced in a single image.
In addition, the telephoto capabilities of the Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max also support video recording with up to 20x zoom to capture distant subjects.
Meanwhile, the Huawei Pura 90s Pro features a 50MP Ultra Lighting Macro Telephoto Camera with 4x Optical Zoom, up to 8x Optical-Quality Zoom, an F2.1 lens aperture, OIS, RYYB, and a minimum focusing distance of 5 cm.
